Ljubljana Apartment for Rent

Top quality two-room apartment situated in the Ljubljana old town, in a fully renewed apartment house from the late 19th century, situated one block from the river bank, behind the corner of the University of Ljubljana main building.

The apartment has 60m2 and is perfectly suitable for a business traveler visiting Ljubljana, as well as for a couple spending their romantic holidays in our beautiful city. A family consisting of two adults (bedroom) and a few kids (sleeping in the main room) would also feel very comfortable. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential apartment house.

Apartment facilities
The apartment consist of the big main hall (living room), small bedroom and the kitchen. From the kitchen you enter to the terrace featuring a view of the Ljubljana castle. Wi-Fi or LAN Internet access, washing machine.

Kitchen
We like to cook, so the kitchen is truly well equipped, including all basic kitchen utensils (plates, spoons, etc), squeezer and blender to make the fresh juices. The cooker works with old-fashioned gas tank, the oven is electric and allows baking and roasting (a chicken or trout perhaps). The big fridge and the freezer is a sure thing.

Location
The apartment is located in a quiet lane, leading from the Ljubljanica river to the Ljubljana University. On the site, there was an old Jewish synagogue, therefore the street name Zidovska steza (Jewish lane). There is a popular student hangout cafe BI-KO-FE just below the apartment in the same block, they serve an excellent coffee on the street terrace.

Parking
There is no private parking at the apartment (parking permissions in the Ljubljana old town can be issued only to the apartment owner´s car). Parking is available on public parking lots, the closest on is the Zvezda parking lot (1 minute walk).

Prices
The holiday apartment is being rented on weekly/monthly. Minimum stay is 2 weeks, maximum 3 months. The price per month 1650,- EUR, all services and taxes included, payment to be settled in advance for the lenght of the stay.

The apartment is available for rent from 1st July 2009 onwards.
